Shrinking Database using Vacuum
* Open Database via, Mozilla SQLite Manager.
* Select the database which you need to lower its size.
* Go to DB Settings and make Auto Vacuum "FULL" from "NONE".
* Now go to Database from Menu bar and click on Compact Database option.
